Signum delivered this dynamic, turnkey facility solution in Kingston, Ontario ahead of schedule.            Signum led the design and development of the building's interior and exterior, and managed all construction aspects of the 40,000 square foot facility, including project scheduling, budgeting and tracking. Signum also established financing for the project, providing Bell Canada with an attractive long-term lease agreement.
